FHO+ Billing (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps physicians log billing-related work, review time entries, and generate summaries for recordkeeping and workflow support.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, how it may be stored, and the choices available to users.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FHO+ Billing, the App may collect and store:

• billing-related entries you create, such as:
  • direct care hours
  • telephone direct care hours
  • indirect care hours
  • clinical administration hours
• notes, tags, presets, and calendar entries you choose to save
• app preferences, such as display settings, input mode, and other configuration choices

FHO+ Billing does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, external tracking tools, or third-party data collection services.

We do not want you to enter identifiable patient information unless the app clearly states that such storage is supported and protected. If your use of the App involves personal health information or patient-identifiable data, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable privacy laws and professional obligations.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used only to:

• save and display your billing-related entries
• calculate billing guidance and summaries
• generate exports or print-ready summaries you request
• store your settings and preferences
• support backup or restore features if those are added and enabled in the future

We do not sell your personal information.
